Q: Do you use real roses?

A: Yes, we only use 100% real Ecuadorian roses.

Q: How long do the roses last?

A: Our rose arrangements last forever, after about 3 years they start to slightly lose their colour and shape.

Q: How do I take care of the roses?

A: DO NOT water the roses. Please refrain from getting them wet, and if they begin collecting dust, simply use a duster to remove. Keep the roses in a dry, cool environment. To clean the ACRYLIC/GLASS box, use a glass cleaner (avoid getting on the roses). Please avoid touching the roses and do not attempt to remove them from the box, as they are extra fragile when preserved.

Q: How do the roses last so long?

A: Our roses go through an intricate drying process, which allow them to last longer without the need for water. They still feel fresh, and just like the day they were picked.

Q: Do the roses have a scent?

A: The roses are unscented.

Q: Can I customize an arrangement?

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We offer free delivery locally in Windsor-Essex County. For further deliveries, please contact us.

Q: How long does processing/shipping take?

A: Since all arrangements are made to order, please allow 1-2 days for us to hand create your arrangement and delivery. Please select your date of delivery on the product page.
